INSPIRESPORT PACKING CHECKLIST
It’s our favourite time of the year! Diaries are empty, the new academic year is stretched out in front of us and best of all, after the holidays we’re pumped and ready to attack the new term with vigour. Ok, lets be honest, not all of you will still be feeling that way when one week in your HoD mentions running a sport tour.
But fear not!
Our extensive experience allows us to help you every stage of the tour from planning through to post tour care. With experts on hand throughout the process to make it run as smoothly as possible, you’re left free to concentrate on all those other activities filling your diary!
For starters…
We can arrange for an experienced rep to visit the school at a time which is convenient for you to discuss your options, and once they know what sport you wish to take away, we can guide you through the destinations, and create a package which fits your requirements.
Do you need to link your sports tour with languages or history? No problem! Our cultural activities in destination can really add value to your sport tour.
Are you looking for activities which develop your players on and off the pitch? Team building, responsibility, problem solving, confidence building, we can make it happen.
Maybe you feel the cost of a tour will hinder the experience you are able to offer your pupils? We can offer advice on fundraising and promoting your tour, plus give you real value for money.
Perhaps the organisation seems daunting? We have tour leaders and managers who have a wealth of experience in sport travel, and are available to answer any questions you may have throughout the process.
Once you are decided on a destination, we can arrange parents evenings and provide letters to parents to help promote your tour, a dedicated tour operator will then be appointed to arrange every aspect of your trip transport, hotels, fixtures, training, excursions and down time. By the time your departure date arrives, you can leave to go on your trip safe in the knowledge that a full time rep will be with your group in destination, and our 24hr contact number is included in your pre-departure tour pack should you have any need to contact the UK.
